Do you grow it, make it, or bake it?
If yes, then you can apply to be a vendor at our market! No direct sales at this time.
Needville Farmer's Market is in it's trial period and all information available at this time is applicable until otherwise notified. During this trial period board members will be finalizing bylaws and completing other tasks to make our market official.
Markets dates will be set individually until a regular schedule can be determined. Our ultimate plan is to have two markets a month if the trial period is successful.
All vendors must supply their own tent and tables.
Tents must not be larger than the standard 10ft by 10ft and must be weighted down at all times.
Food vendors working from home kitchens must supply copies of their Food Handlers certificates and practice Texas Cottage Food law labeling requirements. For more information on the Texas Cottage Food requirements, click here.
We ask that vendors practice normal market etiquette practices until bylaws can be put in place for guidance. If you are new to markets, click here for a good introduction to market etiquette.
We know this will be an interesting time for our market and some things will be clear as mud. Please work with us in this trial time and don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions at all. All board members are excited to get this going and are dedicated to helping you have a great experience at Needville Farmer's Market!
